Credit and Collections Manager

Responsible for all aspects of credit and collections management for the Company’s U.S. operation, including analysis of credit risk and establishment of credit terms and collection strategies. As part of this, provide oversight and guidance to the credit and collections functions in the Company’s two international subsidiaries to improve and standardize global processes and procedures. Act as a liaison between the Credit and Collections department and other departments within the Company to resolve escalated credit issues in order to help ensure the best possible service to customers while preserving the integrity of the Company’s trade receivables and cash flow.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business management.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in credit and collections, preferably in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated skills in managing and developing credit and collections staff.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem analysis and resolution; ability to consistently exercise sound business judgment, especially in the face of resistance and setbacks.
• Effective negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in improving business processes and proven track record of driving efficiency improvements.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial statements for the purpose of assessing customer credit worthiness.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and personnel at all levels in the organization and to partner with the sales organization to enable revenue growth while managing receivables exposure.
• Proficient in use of MS Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ERP systems acumen; SAP experience a plus.

Account Service Representative

This position will work with our Value Added Resellers (VARs) and direct customers to process incoming orders, maintenance support contracts and coordinate communication re: order/delivery status, pricing coordinate shipping documentation and develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1-2 years Customer Service experience (order entry/call center/SLA administration) working within direct and/or internet based sales model. SAP and internet portal experience recommended.
• Must be advanced level user on Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to type at a minimum 50 wpm.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills.

Senior Financial Analyst

Support Rimage’s global management reporting and financial analysis requirements, including primary support of the reporting and analysis requirements of the sales and marketing organizations. Support the preparation of the annual operating plan, long range plan and forecast updates. Participate in the financial evaluation of business initiatives and development of tools to facilitate the above processes. Lead projects focused on restructuring or improving business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning and reporting. Experience in a technical manufacturing operation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-orientation, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management and sales and marketing.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated skills in spreadsheet and other computer applications used in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Knowledge of managerial and cost accounting a plus.
