Webshop Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Restrictions

Some restrictions apply to shipments. Rimage Webshop services locations in the United States and Puerto Rico only and will not ship to P.O. boxes. Special shipping instructions or expedited shipping are not available through the Webshop. Other details are available at the FedEx website.

Delivery Estimates

Rimage primarily uses FedEx for domestic freight and small packages. Delivery times are based on average FedEx transit time to destination from Rimage facilities.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  Items that are on back order will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Standard Shipping Times for U.S. Deliveries

  • Delivery within 3 to 5 business days for most locations for FedEx Ground service.
  • Delivery within 1 to 2 business days for most locations for FedEx Standard Overnight service.
  • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 21 days for these locations.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification.

Customer Pick Up

Customers may opt to provide their own shipping when creating their order. Rimage will provide product for pick up at a specified date. Will-call pickup may be arranged at the Rimage California location:
